Our team is spread across the US, Singapore, Japan, and Hong Kong. Some of us are dads who walk our kids to school every morning. Others just started a family and are still figuring things out.

We used to assume that families in different cities, living such different lives, would struggle with different things. Turns out, the answer was surprisingly the same, forgetting what to pack for school the next day, not knowing what's for dinner, putting off changing the water filter for months. These things are small, but they happen every day, quietly eating into the time we should be spending with the people we love.
